Lexis Sport Blog: A1GP STARS REV UP FOR ACTION WITH TROPHY VISIT

The A1GP World Cup of Motorsport headed over to British shores for its final round of the season last weekend at Brands Hatch and not one to miss an opportunity, we arranged for the Barclays Premier League trophy to head down to Daytona Racecourse in Surrey, where a selection of lucky drivers (and football fans) Aaron Lim (A1 Team Malaysia), Satrio Hermanto (A1 Team Indonesia) and Daniel Morad (A1 Team Lebanon) all got their hands on the most prestigious prize in English football.

Manchester United fan, Lim commented:

“It was awesome. I will be the envy of my team, family and friends in Malaysia. I’m a huge Manchester United fan and they are one of only four teams to have won this trophy. The trophy is much heavier than it looks and it’s absolutely beautiful. There’s some great perks as an A1 Team Malaysia driver!”
