BPL TROPHY VISITS NEWLY PROMOTED CLUBS

Phew! Another busy week for the Barclays Premier League team came to a close with the Barclays Premier League trophy visiting Burnley, Wolverhampton and Birmingham as part of a tour of the newly-promoted clubs.

To accompany the trophy on its visits, club legends Jimmy McIlroy, Steve Bull and Trevor Francis were all recruited to take part in media interviews and photocalls at the club stadiums. The local heroes then accompanied the trophy to each city's main branch of Barclays Bank where supporters got the chance to get up and close and personal with the trophy ahead of the big kick-off...
