TURKINGTON TAKES TO THE SKIES AHEAD OF SILVERSTONE

Team RAC driver and current series leader, Colin Turkington was treated to a rare view of Silverstone ahead of the next round of the British Touring Car Championships, after being taken for an ‘aerobatic’ flight over the circuit by Andy Hill, flying an Extra 300 two-seater plane. Colin was even given the opportunity to take control of the plane and perform a number of stunts himself.

Turkington also had the chance to return the favour by taking the pilot for several high speed laps around Silverstone’s National Circuit in the Team RAC BMW.

Lexis Sport will be in the heart of the Team RAC camp this Sunday as Turkington and team-mates Stephen Jelley and Anthony Reid tackle the Silverstone circuit.
